Order, order, everywhere,
It helps us keep things neat and fair.
The opposite of messy, you see,
Is a world that's clean as can be.

Outside, the sun shines bright and warm,
And the trees sway in a gentle storm.
We venture out to run and play,
And explore the wonders of the day.

Only one way to go, we say,
To follow the path and find our way.
Orange leaves fall from the trees,
Dancing with the autumn breeze.

Out the door we go to play,
And enjoy the fun in every way.
Or maybe stay inside to read,
And learn about the world we need.

Open your mind and heart each day,
To new adventures, new things to say.
Over the hills and through the wood,
We'll find new wonders where we stood.

Other places we can go,
To see the sights and learn and grow.
Our world is big, our world is wide,
And there's so much to explore inside.

Talk about it

  2. What are some of the things that we can do outside to explore the wonders of the day?
  3. What are some of the things we can do inside to learn about the world we need?
  4. Why is it important to keep an open mind and heart each day, and what are some of the new adventures we can find when we do so?
